FOUNDER OF OPTIMA RACING TEAM AND AUTHOR OF THE TRIATHLON TRAINING BOOK.

After years of coaching athletes in my team I wanted to help athletes who couldn’t engage with local coaches/ clubs or who were looking for that next level of honest coaching, that has a proven track record at all levels. 

Rather than just providing online training plans, I have put together a number of resources including training plans, free videosprofiling tools and articles.  I also offer consolation packages and one to one coaching.
